Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Parcelio's operator console, tracking pages, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Parcelio on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The service
Parcelio provides software for managing last-mile logistics operations: live tracking, driver dispatch, wallet and payment reconciliation, and related analytics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information, including company details where applicable (registered office address, registration number, company type). You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping tracking data at scale, no attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication, no using the service to violate applicable transport, customs, or data-protection law.
5. Payments and wallets
Wallet top-ups, driver payouts, and transaction fees are processed through supported payment providers. You're responsible for reviewing transaction records; disputes should be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
6. Data and privacy
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (including driver GPS traces) and how long we retain it.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or remain unpaid after notice.
8. Liability
Parcelio is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or drivers.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
